  It is a truly wonderful hotel. From the concierge to the maids, the lobby, restaurants, rooms...I Couldn't find a fault in it. It is in a ok. Location to enjoy the beautiful city. The hotel is perfectly designed, the rooms are spacious and the deco timeless and elegant.   Absolutely LOVED this hotel!!! It is always a challenge to find comfortable, spacious accommodations (comparable to what we are accustomed to in U.S.) when travelling in Europe with our three children. This hotel really did the trick. Excellent location, as well!! Staff was wonderful - very accommodating. The airline lost our luggage and the s... what people say » taff were just as diligent in helping us find it. - We were provided with an early checkin at 9am, the room upgrade was highly appreciated, well informed and courteous staff, excellent room with Nespresso machines, Molton and Brown toiletories. The location is fabulous - walking distace to everything. I would definately stay at The Ring the next time I visit Vienna and have absolutely no hesitation in recomending it to others.
