  Clean. Location. A mix up with our reservation: we'd booked 2 rooms, but they only had one reserved. They do overbook and hotel was full. I produced my Bookings.com paper-work and it was sorted. A bit unnerving tho' - glad we arrived at 4 p.m. and not at 11 p.m. The receptionist (Maria) was excellent. Close proximity to Union Square / Cable Car and city shopping and ofcourse the easy access from SFO Airport via the BART. $10 return trip each was a steel. Hotel staff excellent. Room was perfect - high floor with views and the bestest 2 x Queens - very very comfortable

  close to union square - The staff was excellent, very friendly, and the parking was affordable. Clean room with a minibar. A great choice for a cheap hotel in San Francisco if you're not expecting any luxury amenities...just a good, clean, basic hotel room! Decent neighborhood too :)

  As expected with Marriott hotels, it was clean, the staff very helpful and mattress was very comfortable! The valet parking was very expensive but worth it to just get out of your car and hand over the keys. Unfortunately, I lost my car claim ticket. Also, went to the Academy of Science and the Japanese Tea Garden in Golden Gate Park. Always great places to vis - We stayed with 7 mo old in Double room, and it was quiet tiny. There is no much space to place crib - maybe King room is more comfortable in that case. But armchair was great for nursing. Beside that we liked everything in that hotel, especially location. Location could not be better.

  Hotel had a more personable feeling about it - some of the larger hotels are so impersonal. Staff were extremely friendly and greeted you upon arrival and departure. Staff were very responsive. The location is extremely good - quiet and within walking distance to many of the tourist sites.
