too much trouble for them. We were booked into one of the King corner
rooms on the 22nd floor and the view over the city and the bay was
superb. The hotel a bus stop that takes you directly to Fisherman's
wharf or in the other direction is the terminus for the cable car.

Great rooms with a nice view from the 23rd floor. Excellent staff, courteous, and friendly. We were able to walk daily and to have close access to the bus line. Around the corner multiple restaurants for late suppers. Highly recommended. Was there with my wife and 4 older children.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The usual large chains were booked so I stayed here by myself and was pleasantly surprised. This is a small boutique hotel, so if you need a cozy but clean place to stay in a great location, I would recommend this place. Googled if couldn't answer my questions right away and then gave the best suitable solutions.
The location is ideal. Easy to access from BART and close to everything. No armies of homeless people nearby.
The italian restaurant and daily complimentary glass of wine was made the whole impression much better.

First time in a 'Boutique Hotel' setting, was amazing, very charming, friendly, convenient to everything, trolley directly outside hotel....restaurants, cafes, shopping, all within walking distance, or hop on trolley. Was very quiet, slept wonderfully. Decor quaint & beautiful. Bed comfy, water pressure great. Bkft included was good & filling. Cannot say enough great things about this adorable hotel. We will definately be back!
