  With out a doubt, the staff work so hard for you that I am continually amazed. No matter the hour (I was a late last minute check in on a busy Sat night after a missed flight). Very friendly, very accommodating. They gave me their charger from behind the front desk. They really understand customer service.   This hotel is "top drawer" all the way! - The hotel was quite grand, and very luxerious in the common areas. The location worked well for us, as we seemed to be no more than a 10 minute cab ride from just about every where we went. The view from our Tower room was the clincher. We had a beautiful bay view.

  I had to step up the itinerary of my trip by two days. Although I didn't get the same room class/price, the day manager worked with me over the phone to get a room booked. When I arrived, the (same?) manager noted that we had one small child, and changed the room to accomodate, without changing the price.   The history and design of the building. Gorgeous. The bedroom was lovely and the bed and bedding was extremely comfortable. Amenities in the bathroom were very nice quality as well Carpet needs cleaning or needs to be replaced.
