  With out a doubt, the staff work so hard for you that I am continually amazed. No matter the hour (I was a late last minute check in on a busy Sat night after a missed flight). Very friendly, very accommodating. They gave me their charger from behind the front desk. They really understand customer service.   You can walk to the piers from this hotel, its .8 miles away so not bad at all.   This hotel is "top drawer" all the way! - The hotel was quite grand, and very luxerious in the common areas. The location worked well for us, as we seemed to be no more than a 10 minute cab ride from just about every where we went. The view from our Tower room was the clincher. We had a beautiful bay view.

  I had to step up the itinerary of my trip by two days. Although I didn't get the same room class/price, the day manager worked with me over the phone to get a room booked. We could walk to Fisherman's wharf as well as to the businesss district, and also the cosy street with Italian & other restaurants & bars was in walking distance.
