  We had a wonderful stay with our family- the rooms are bit cramp, but we knew this. We wanted to stay near union square and that we did. We were able to really enjoy everything in walking distance. We would return again.   I found the service to be excellent and it started way before we even arrived. The concierge helped us to find the right tour companies and plan out our trip so it was everything we wanted. My work takes me to many destinations and i have stayed at many different types of hotels but never have i received the type of great service as I did at this... what people say » hotel. They took care of everything without question. I will definetly stay at this hotel again. - Overall a very pleasant stay with close proximity to shops and public transport. Gliezl at the front desk was amazing and moved us to a quiet floor after moving twice due to the thinness of the walls. She was professional, friendly and efficient and made sure we got a room without an interleding door as well as a breathtaking bay view!

Had a kiosk where you can check in online and print your boarding pass. Had a tour desk to arrange your tour in SF. I feel that I was overcharged on purpose, hoping that I wouldn't notice.
