I loved the fact that city centre mall is in the same location - Ayman

The Beds are very large and comfy, the rooms are well insulated against outside noise, and the location is ideal for business travellers - Graham

The hotel is next to Intercontinental and also to a Mall. Walking from Crowne Plaza to the Fetical City shopping mall is through Intercon and the walkway is all airconditioned, and both hotels being new the environment is just perfect for a relaxed weekend. The rooms are of modern standards and perfectly designed, we enjoyed our stay so much, in fact we spent more time in the hotel than outside. - Hafidh

The hotel room and reception was excellent. The food (buffet) was marvellous and above all the hotel's proximity to the famous Dubai Mall and Burg Khalifa makes it the best choice. - Anonymous

Room was spacious, with plenty of space for extra roll-out bed. Great balcony with heated spa pool, and view of Burj Khalifa fireworks on New Years Eve. Staff were generally very helpful. Indian Restaurant within hotel complex was excellent, and kids enjoyed the complementary ride to the restaurant in the golf buggy. Conveniently located to Dubai Mall - our 5 year old walked there without a problem, and 3 year old rode in a pushchair. - Megan
