This hotel was perfect in every way..luxurious, spotlessly clean and attentative staff. Ideal for families as it's away from nightlife and noise. The beach and lagoon pool is ideal for families to swim, kayak, play around in the water and also to just chill. A fantastic luxurious hotel. First class service from the moment we arrived. This hotel has it all. The apartments are spacious, and luxurious. The pool and beach are wonderful with spectacular views all round.

Very calm hotel and the staff is very polite and helpfull I have never seen this deal before from other hotel and they give upgraded suit. I totally recommend it for couples. Facility, design, courtiouse staff On arrival though internet was not free the receptionest opened it free. And on departure were given late checkout to 4PM. A little noisy if you opt for the sea view rooms and want to sit out side on your balcony as the road that runs by is built of blocks and vehicles run past fast. Should be more dining options for as hotel of this size and price. The 2 room it was small and on the booking.com they say 3 bathroom and it was only 2 also they say see view and it wasnt see view. The extra money for having a private pool No teller machine No coffee shop. The bed was too soft for my liking and I may have come away with food poisoning!. We mainly used the pool side menu for lunch and every meal was disappointing and tasteless. We kept on hoping the meals would improve but they didn't. As the lunches were so disappointing we went out to other restaurants in the evenings. Bathrooms look old, lobby and hallways do not look to be a five star's hotel. That there is no private swimming pool or beach side.. very very very expensive Pool not heated and water was a little cold. Wi fi was weak transportation to from needs imprvmnt. less activities for the children. Location was a bit out of the way. The staff of the dinning room bothered me by calling twice and ask me to pay on the same moment, which was weird because in previous hotels that I visited they ask either to pay now or to pay when making the checkout. Next, we called so they will come to pick plates and equipment when we were done from our food and no one came. Internet should be free. Charging the internet cost for such luxury hotel is not too good. The hotel did not have wine available in the rooms. Staff were not informative enough... Did not offer extra options when I enquired about lunch or brunch.... I was staying at the 2 bed room suite and there was a problem with the AC in the living room and kids room...it was hot. Not much. the shops and restaurants on site were nothing special fora 5 star hotel. Slow response to request....from concierge ...and miscommunication .no wifi included in package... The housekeeping didnt clean my room properly and they didnt clean the penthouse as they shouldve and they took ourbathrobes withoutbreplacing new ones. The internet wasn't free even in the suite room. Water was yellow. Not enough dinning options. the crowd of kids the empty spaces and echo int the hotel. They didnt gave us a chance for late check out . My flight was at night. Hotel details not clear in the website, specially the pent house because all pent house should be in the roof not in the floors. Not all pent house have out-door Jacuzzi. Pricy room service, feather bed cover and pillows there was no other choice, I am highly allergic!.
