I have just got back from the hotel after spending 5 days there with my family, including my 8 month old granddaughter. It was my 3rd time at the hotel and once again everything from the staff, rooms , service and food was perfect. All the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay as relaxed as possible.A great hotel and we will be returning next year with the rest of our family.I must add that it is the only hotel I have ever returned to and I have been fortunate enough to - David

We went to this hotel for our honeymoon...wow!!! It was the most amazing time ever! We were welcomed with a cold drink and then told we were being upgraded. We had a HUGE suite, with kitchen, lounge area, dining area, not to mention the bedroom and huge bathroom! We stayed for three nights while travelling back to Australia at the start of September. The only way to describe the resort complex is magnificent. We hired a Junior Suite which included transfers and executive lounge access. The lounge had one of the most extravagant breakfasts I have come across, everything from quail eggs to camel milk porridge. The complementary evening drinks and afternoon tea was wonderful. Firstly, yes, there is construction work nearby the hotel, but this is Dubai, and there is construction work everywhere! Did it affect our stay at the hotel - no! The rooms are a lovely size, with the most comfortable beds. Rooms have a small balcony with 2 chairs and a small table. Bathroom is fantastic, full bath, 2 sinks, walk in shower - with the shower head coming out from the ceiling, so no matter where you stand you will get the full affect of the shower!! We have been to Dubai before but as we were only stying one night we thought we would stay somewhere closer and more convenient. We had checked out LetsBookHotel as we always do and thought we'd try it based on the comments. It was outstanding value! The layout of the rooms is a little quirky with the bathtub in the centre - but hey wot fun! All the staff were so helpful and obliging. Since discovering this hotel four years ago we find it hard to travel anywhere else. We stay at this time every year to celebrate our anniversary and are made to feel like royalty. From the highest member of the team down to the lowest, the whole experience is made magical by every member! The children enjoy all the activities and we feel completley safe at this resort, last visit our son even enjoyed scuba diving in the pool free of charge! We had two nights in Dubai as part of a stop over. This hotel is huge!! We walked around part of the grounds and it took us about ten minutes to get to the lobby and I think were were only half way round it! We didn't use the pool but it looked great; spacious and very clean. 13 restaurants to choose from within the lobby - we had a lovely meal in the Indian Restaurant. It is more of a business hotel so the rooms are functional but the bathrooms are massive. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast - Niall

I have been to Dubai many times staying in the Mina Seyahi, Hilton Jumeriah and City Centre hotels. We were upgraded to a sea view from our land view club. We were there for the grand prix in Abu Dhabi, the hotel was perfect for down time after the hustle and bustle of the race. Stayed here on a Business trip for 50% of my stay and leisure for the rest. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the airport and is about a 15 minute drive down to Jumeirah Beach so if your going to be going down there every night then might be a better bet to stay down there, if the taxi drive doesn't bother you then your fine. We were in Dubai and looking for a hotel for 10 nights. When we walked into the Taj Palace Hotel we decided to stay there if the price was right.
