Dubai Resorts

I have just got back from the hotel after spending 5 days there with my family, including my 8 month old granddaughter. It was my 3rd time at the hotel and once again everything from the staff, rooms , service and food was perfect. All the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay as relaxed as possible.A great hotel and we will be returning next year with the rest of our family.I must add that it is the only hotel I have ever returned to and I have been fortunate enough to - David

We stayed for three nights while travelling back to Australia at the start of September. The only way to describe the resort complex is magnificent. We hired a Junior Suite which included transfers and executive lounge access. The lounge had one of the most extravagant breakfasts I have come across, everything from quail eggs to camel milk porridge. The complementary evening drinks and afternoon tea was wonderful. This hotel had a lot of hype around it and it lived up to everything we heard. We managed to find a great deal with Dreamticket, who had reduced their rates by 40% in September, so it was perfect. The kid's had a blast and mummy and daddy had a very relaxing trip. - Sarah

This was our 4th holiday in Dubai and our 2nd to the Palm Tree Court .From the moment you arrive you are looked after. We booked with the free upgrade to Inclusive yours, well al I can say was it was fab. The Breakfast buffet had plenty of choice, lunch again was a buffet or you could eat at the beach bar and choose off the menu. Evening meal was again buffet, but if you wanted to eat at the other restaurants you were given an allowance. Soft drinks + Ice Cream were included all day and wi - Michael

Wow - where to start o.k. so after reading a couple of not great reviews describing hotel as chintzy but luckily reading more recent reviews that were much more positive we booked this extraordinary hotel for the last two nights of our honeymoon. We have been travelling for a month and when we arrived at 5.30am to check in (hours before the 3pm official check in time) were told our room was not quite ready but would we like tea in the lobby whilst this was sorted. 20 minutes later and after the - Karen

I've stayed in Habtoor Grand htl 14-24/10/09 & it was my second stay in this wonderful hotel. I'd like to thank all staff for their work & for their willing to make the guests happy & relaxed. The staff on reception is very proffecional. I'd like to point out Mr Puma. My experience in Elixir SPA was also very good, unfortunately I don't remember the name of the master, who was doing a massage. In a one word this place is for 100% worth staying. Thank you. After making our booking we read some of the reviews about the Hotel and had resigned ourselves to staying in a very basic Hotel but we were pleasantly surprised. We arrived early in the morning and were given our room even though official check in is 3pm. (much appreciated after an overnight flight). The Front Desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious, clean and nice decor. There was some building work going on across the road but whats new in Dubai? New Buildings ev - Linda

One of the most beautiful views in the Gulf. Fabulous room, spacious and well appt. Excellent service, terrific day spa (can't say enough about their staff). Multiple restaurants, great in room dining options or local restaurant lists. This was an unexpected stop on my trip and turned out to be the best hotel along the journey. Have just returned from 3 night trip to Dubai, it was our first time in Dubai. We booked our stay through Destinology. Their service was absolutely excellent. We were met at the airport and driven to the Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort. The Hotel staff were very welcoming, we arrived at about 8.30a.m., once checked in we were shown to our room, we had a corner room on the 2nd floor. Have just returned from a relaxing break at the Hilton. From the moment you step out of the taxi you are made to feel very welcome. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are a good size, modern and clean. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Bice restaurant was very, very good but it is expensive. The beach is fantastic, clean white sand with crystal clear water. The front sunbeds were always reserved by the time we got to the beach at 8.30, a bit annoying when nobody turns up to use them - Alan

We stayed here for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon; the Desert Palm Hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel with great customer service. On arrival we were provided with a room to rest and shower as our suite was not ready (we arrived before check in) which was really nice of the hotel to do! We were looking for a long weekend away from the hustle and bustle of Abu Dhabi and we found exactly what we were looking for at Bab Al Shams. The resort is tucked away in the middle of nowhere! About 45 minutes from Dubai and an hour from Abu Dhabi. Upon arrival you are greeted by a small complex created in the style of a desert fort. This has been created with the aim of providing intimate spaces, each equipped with seating areas with cushions for relaxing on. The room was very comfortable - Tadeusz

Since discovering this hotel four years ago we find it hard to travel anywhere else. We stay at this time every year to celebrate our anniversary and are made to feel like royalty. From the highest member of the team down to the lowest, the whole experience is made magical by every member! The children enjoy all the activities and we feel completley safe at this resort, last visit our son even enjoyed scuba diving in the pool free of charge!
