In itself it is an attractive newly opened hotel, with comfortable rooms, and nice restaurant facility. Not on the grand scale of some of the large hotels in Dubai, but definately excellent value for money.   In a word " everything " this hotel suits our needs perfectly. If we needed something we just rang reception and it was sorted as all the staff here are very helpful and courteous. When we travel to Dubai we always stay at this this hotel and have always enjoyed our stay as it is situated beside the Dubai Creek and is close to 2 Metro stations so ... what people say » it is possible to reach most destinations especially if you like to go to the Shopping Malls. If you do not want to use the Metro the Taxi's are very - The Hotel is located within short walking distance from the Creek and the busy Al Rigga street. The latter is a busy street with large selection of shops and restaurants. Found the hotel to be clean and the staff extremely helpful. They were flexible enough to get our room cleaned whenever we requested - even as late as 8pm at night when we left our room.   The first day we arrived at the hotel we did not check in until the next day. This was so we could drop our luggage off and go on a overnight desert safari. They were very accommodating with storing our luggage and letting us access it. They do have free wireless internet in the rooms and lobby. I know letsbookhotel.com only says wired but it is w... what people say » ireless. The breakfast was excellent, you can have it delivered to your room at no extra charge, we called down on the phone what we wanted and 10-15 - Stayed for 2 days at this apartment and found them well equipped and roomy with kitchen albeit with no views other that the buildings next door. Check-in was efficient and staff were friendly. Well located next to the Mall of the Emirates and with a small grocery store and café located close by. We didn't get to eat breakfast here as we woke late however, my observation of the menu seemed to indicate a reasonable array of choice. I didn't get to use the pool or gym either so cant pass comment h

  The staff were very attentive and supportive. They will go out of their way to make sure the guests feel comfortable and satisfied. We had the privilege of being attended to by Mr. Ansar, Asish and the nice ladies from the front desk. The Double Decker tour bus collected us at 9:30am from the hotel. We booked a desert Safari also collected us form the hotel. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Taxis always available outside.
