We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the food was great. One of the days we stayed was my partners birthday and we came back to our room and staff had left a birthday card, chocolates and a stuffed camel. What a great hotel and we'd definitely stay there for our next t.
all reviews » The hotel staff were merry and friendly and I did like that the receptionist got me checked in in my room even though I was early. The room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great. The check out was. Excellent room and service. No valet parking and narrow squeeze to enter and exit to the underground car park. The pool is small and not dip enough for an adult. looks like a pool for kids and young people. The restaurant quality is just sufficient. - The traffic around the hotel specially in the evening, you lost some times to rich hotel and also will not be easy to find a taxi in rush times there. Only inndoor swiming pool. With 24 - 27 degrees in Februarry an outdoor pool would be nice. staff meet the customer services, but some time rquired to going out of their way to meet guest requests,. None. Nothing. The price at the bar down stairs is quit expensive. I didnt quite enjoy their menu. Noise from outside bar Extremely tight entrace to Basement Car Park. Parking area is narrow. Alchohol in the fridge. location of the hotel is crowded. Hard to get a taxi in the afternoon. need to improve during check in to meet with guest request,. Other being close to the airport not much around that you can walk to. it is little pit hard to get taxi. Room had no bath towels....had to dry from morning shower with only two wash cloths. Explainable over-site I guess. food should be better in business club, should be more, space is small. a bit expensive for the facilities offered. Nothing. Facility is slightly dated but it still worth it!. Trying to pressure me to check out even though one of the benefits of the club is you can check out as late as 4pm.
