Villa Rotana is an excellent hotel well worth the money. The hotel is well appointed and clean with excellent facilities. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choices from a hot bar to fresh fruit. The hotel is centrally located with good access to taxis. The rooms were very good and i would definitely go back there again. The location is perfect too.Very nice and very quiet and also the location is perfect.

Another plus point is the basement carpark in the hotel with card access. staff was friedly, hotel clean. the bed was comfortable. the suite design is beatiful and comfortable...clean hotel. It was a cosy hotel with good gym /spa facilities. Modern decor. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was ideal for jumeirah and emirates mall which were near by.Nice rooms wit contemporary design. Spacious and airy. Central location. Eid promotion - Room decoration - clean - calm. Staff was very friendly. The hotel label board from outside was not clear, so I stayed an hour to find the hotel.Internet connection is so slow ... Also the hotel needs a big sign which shows the hotel name. The tv was too small. there were no bathrobes. Regarding the breakfast, i suggest to introduce more sweet food like chocolate croissant etc..There was quite a bit of noise coming from the construction site next to the hotel, but that is a problem one faces just about anywhere in Dubai. when we first arrived we were told only twin rooms were available...despite having booked a double. They moved us to a double the next day. Also, the gym was not very nice and was far too hot.No seperate shower in room. No DVD player. No alcohol in mini bar. It doesn't have a bar. Breakfast was a bit basic. The Lobby. Construction Noise. Noise from other guests. No bar. outside view. poor selection of breakfast buffet. There is no Massage facility and no shuttle to shopping areas or exhb.The price should include all service charges and tax. As one package. It is easy that way. There was no wireless connection and the internet was so expensivecomparing with the other hotels.There are two TVs, but the channel selection is bad and the reception is poor. Internet access should be free, after all this is a Premium Suite! The pillows are flat and not comfortable. the view. a lot of noises... The hotel was clean on arrival but the next morning they did not clean our bathroom well. Breakfast was also not great. Limited items, not warm enough and the taste was okay. Have had better breakfasts at other hotels.Dry hotel i.e. No bar / alcohol on premises. I do like a drink after a long day out and about. Breakfast average. Stale bread. I saw the same loaf for 3 days. bad service - I requested suger three times by phone but i did not receive it.Had no Bar. The treatment of the employs was very poor.
