We stayed at the Al Bustana 7 years ago and were very impressed so we stayed there again this month. It has if anything got better and in the meantime we have stayed at hotels across the world and the Al Bustan is up there with the best. One minor point it is close to airport so no problems getting to and from the airport which is very useful bearing in mind Dubai traffic jams but it does mean it takes time to get into town if you intend to spend a lot of time there. actually i get a chance to stay in this hotel due to my connected flight missing to frankfurt so they can arrange me this hotel. the hotel is good and have shuttle service from the airport. it is very near to the airport and have great facilities. good rooms with clean bathrooms. there is also shuttle service available from the hotel to deira citty centre. the staff is very good. overall the hotel has every 4 star facility - Catherine

The apartments were clean and roomy , they were serviced everyday if required , the kitchen had everything you needed , and with a small supermarket ( Spinneys , who are the UAE arm of Waitrose )under the hotel you were well catered for if this is what you required. The room had a washing machine which if you have not had this facility in the past you will find a huge advantage. If there was something you needed that was not in the room then the staff would provide it for you. The rooms do not - Yvonne

This hotel is excellent in regards to looks and feel. As typical, the staff are more than friendly! The room was very modern and IKEA like it was truly refreshing! While it was very near the airport and obviously had a great view of Dubai Creek - our biggest concern was there wasn't much we found within walking distance. Also, taxi's seemed hard to call from this location. The rooftop pool was very cool! Loved the bathroom! I would stay again! - John

We had an early flight and thus came to the hotel at 6am.They were full but made us comfortable in the lobby,offered tea/coffee and were able to give us a room in 30 minutes.I had read mixed reviews and so was aprihensive but must say they are a good hotel traveller friendly.The breakfast is amazing and roomservice was very fast.Wifi in the rooms helped us stay in touch with our office.Theyy have a shuttle to malls and becomes very cost effective.value for money,higly recommended - Susan

Staff is very professional and helpful. Diverse breakfast buffet. Very comfortable rooms and spotless. Rooms also have washing machine and ironing board. I really enjoyed my stay there. Every time i'm in Dubai, which are always overnight stays, i stay there as i know exactly what i'm getting for the money i pay. - Martha

Clean linen and fresh towes daily. Tea/coffee making facilities in rooms.well stocked Mini-bar. Hotel does not serve/keep liquor on site. Bathrooms were clean and well kept. Amenities a little sparse but housekeeping willingly supply more if requested. Did not eat in the restaurants but room service was good. S - Debbie
