second time in dubai, my friend suggest me staying in this hotel coz its affordable.. and its true.. well as we went inside, the lobby was so quiet coz its evening already at past 10pm. the receptionist was attentive and always smiling. Cant believe it was so easy to check-in unlike some luxury hotels. Me and my wife was so tired that time and ask for room service, and unfortunately, they dont have that kind of service. Reason? no idea. Its good thing that the lobby restaurant was still open - Derek

We stayed three nights here and loved it. It was a beautiful hotel right in the heart of Dubai and close to everything we wanted to see. The room was beautiful and the view great from the 26th floor. There was construction next door but we couldn't hear much noise. I'm sure we could have moved if we wanted to. I had a facial at the spa and it was very nice. The staff there treat you well. The sunset pool had the nicest design on it and I loved the lighting and ambience at night. We had lunch in - Jasvinder

Many people wrote that they found it somewhat peculiar that the hotel was nearly empty. Actually, it was quite empty when I was there, too. This is probably the reason why my company had cut an excellent deal for accommodating a number of it's employees for a conference. I remember some years ago that hotel rooms were hard to find in Dubai. It looks like this has changed - which is good for the customers. It brings the prices down. Everything was immaculate. Stayed here on a Business trip for 50% of my stay and leisure for the rest. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the airport and is about a 15 minute drive down to Jumeirah Beach so if your going to be going down there every night then might be a better bet to stay down there, if the taxi drive doesn't bother you then your fine. The hotel itself is great and the service is second to none! The hotel has a lovely pool area which is shared with the Intercontinental sister hotel next door, great se - Steve

Me and my friend stayed at the hotel for 4 nights for a short break in Dubai. We were two females and so wanted a secure place in a good location. In a nutshell the hotel was a perfect base to explore the city. The hotel was a 10-15 min drive from the airport and taxi drivers never had a problem finding the property. Check-in was very smooth and our twin room was ready for us on arrival. Staff were always very polite. The hotel has a rooftop pool and a pool bar with amazing views of the c - Richard

My wife and I had a wonderful and enjoyable stay at the Angsana Hotel in Dubai. Our suite was excellent, with two big plasma screens, DVD player, free internet connection, kitchen with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric cooker, washing machine, etc. We will definitely book this hotel next time we fly to Dubai and do not hesitate to recommend Angsana hotel to anyone who plans to travel to Dubai on vacation or on business. stayed at towers rotana for 4 nights have been to dubai several times and all the hotels have been good but this was the best reception staff were very friendly remembered your name arrived early in morning had to wait a couple of hours for room were very apologetic even though you were not supposed to get your room till 3pm had a great room on 23 floor overlooking dubai to the beach, breakfast was very good and the long bar is definitly worth spending some time in staff great service good snack - Robin
