  Everything. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast had a wide variety of fresh food. The staff were very helpful in giving information about the city. we used the spa and sauna which was very nice. - The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, they recommended a place to eat nearby and we found it to be excellent.

  It was right in the middle of the city and herself was delighted as it was on one of the main streets with all the famous Spanish retailers. We upgraded to a superior room and it had a huge bed with enough space and also a balcony / patio, we also got spa access included for upgrading. The staff were very helpful and you can help yourself to coffees and pastries in the afternoon free of charge which is a nice little extra. We will definitely be visiting this hotel again as it was great.

  We stayed at the hotel on the last weekend of our honeymoon, I had mentioned it was our honeymoon on the reservation but not upon arrival. They had a Cava (bottle of Catalonia's sparkling wine) with chocolate covered strawberries in our room waiting for us. The staff are very friendly and willing to help, wherever required. The rooms are well appointed, extremely comfortable and clean. There's a great roof top bar area with a small plunge pool to cool off. Lastly, the location is fabulous. Only a few minutes walk to La Ramblas. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The room was very clean and comfortable and there were lots of little touches to make us feel welcome. The facilities were fantastic, my son and I had a swim and the room had all those little extras that you might have forgotten. The best thing about this hotel though was the staff.
