This hotel has all the facilities a modern hotel should have. The gadgets in the rooms are excellent. The programmable room safe is a very good idea. The view of the city from the roof is recommended as is the spa and sauna in the basement. An all round excellent place to stay. The interior of the hotel and the room is very beautiful. I got an upgrade to deluxe for only 10€ xtra. The breakfast was really splendid! The staff was very friendly. Location is good. Great and quick service.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Hotel only opened in januari of 2009. Staff is still trying to find routine, but are very willingly to help. Very nice (modern) hotel. The coffee she brought immediately after taking my plate away and she was literally ´waiting´ for me to leave, very annoying.location a little off putting .. would not walk out alone at night. food was overpriced and nothing special.The fact that i could stay only 3 nights!!. The immediate area may feel a bit threatening to some. no, but the breakfast was not included and it was a little expensive to add... wish there had been a hot tub on the roof. wish we could stay longer!. Location was not the greatest. Restaurant and mini bar expensive for area. Would have prefered croisant or something in the breakfast box.Breakfast pricey at 22 euros. Not a great area at the back of the hotel about a street away and certainly not safe at night.Little space for clothing storage. The Hi-Tech room lighting and finding a curtain mover was like solving a sudoku, but at least we had fun :) Bottled Fiji Water 0.5l for 5.5Euro ? :). the shower in the middle of the room, it was cool, but a bit uncomfortable.Area where hotel is situated is really terrible. The hotel was excellent, but the sorrounding area is questionable, it's run down and some of the people around are drug addicts, etc. We witness a purse snatcher take the purse of a tourist. We did not carry any bags with us to avoid problems and at times we did not feel secure in the area, best to take a taxi or walk in groups. Having said the above, most tourist do not experience problems.Price of a gin and tonic 10euros!!!. the local area was a little bit seedy,. strange interior design. I ordered room service (a snack) and it took 45 minutes to arrive, I hadto call down and ask for it again! However, the receptionist thenbrought it herself and was very apologetic... I still got charged for itthough, which I thought was a little cheeky!. Reception staff very, very slow when leaving. the area it was situated in.Immediate local area although up and comming still felt very awkward at night. Tiny cabinet space to unpack suitcase, no table to set suitcase on. Only one uncomfortable chair and no place to eat or drink except in bed. Room is very dark and reading lights impractical. Toilet as small as a phone booth -- unable to get in and out when the room safe is open! Screen covers window and spoils view. "Double bed" was two twins pushed together (we were able to change rooms).We stayed for 4 days and would have liked more dresser/closet space, making it possible to unpack. We had to live out of our suitcase. More style than substance - advertised as having swimming pool - but it is outside and not heated - try using that in December! The pool / jacuzzi are on roof, the sauna is in the basement (12 floors away!) - not a good idea! The coffee machine was overcomplecated - tends to spill the coffee, - George Clooney might like it, but I would prefer a kettle..and more than 4 capsules per day. The location was central though the immediate surroundings were a bit run down and noisy at night. The cleaners were not too effecient though the rooms were clean. The area around the hotel was not very safe.I would not recommend to families with young children.I can hear the room above when they shower or when housekeeping is cleaning the room. should have more english channel on the tv. the weather was bad when i was there and there is nothing much to do out, but the tv have nothing much either.felt very unsafe walking to the hotel during the day and even in the evenings not in a very safe area,lovely hotel pitty its down a very unsafe road. did not like that there was no tea making facilities only coffee in the rooms. security guard at entrance to hotel in lobby is not very friendly very off putting staring at everyone.
