The location was brilliant - the best of both worlds, close to a great beach and just a 15 minute walk to the city centre. Staff very friendly and helpful, room wonderful with incredibly comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. Buffet lunch and bar snacks at hotel quite expensive but check out Cafe Genis just a few metres away - very good quality

Room was nicely decorated, especially we liked bathroom design. Delicious breakfast and as we booked 30 days in advance we had it for free. Very polite and helpful staff.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They made suggestions for touring Barcelona. They let me set-up my tripod to take photos of the harbor and surrounding area which was great. They made a special breakfast for me very early in the morning when I had to catch a train which was very considerate.

It was right in the middle of the city and herself was delighted as it was on one of the main streets with all the famous Spanish retailers. Even when we slept in, somebody remembered to come and clean our room in the evening and they had spare adapters for UK and Irish plugs at the front desk. - very effiecient staff. wonderful room, great access

Eurostars Grand staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms were fantastic. The best thing was the walk in shower. The food was excellent and the waiters were the best in any hotel we stayed at. They seemed to sense when someone required service. We never had to wait long for anything. This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from the harbour and Las Rambles. We upgraded to a superior room and it had a huge bed with enough space and also a balcony / patio, we also got spa access included for upgrading. The staff were very helpful and you can help yourself to coffees and pastries in the afternoon free of charge which is a nice little extra. We will definitely be visiting this hotel again as it was great.
