  The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. However the best thing, as with any hotel, was the staff. Everyone from the Receptionists to the bar staff and housekeepers were very friendly and helpful.   The facilities were excellent, the power shower was amazing, laptop with free internet and all the finishing touches to the decor etc really made the difference. The hotel is right in the middle of everything but you never hear any of the traffic because of the very good double glazing even though we were right on the road. Staff was very friendly and tried to help (we in fact booked a Flamenco show from the front desk). One of the staff - Alex - stood apart and really tried to help as much as possible.

  Great location, the hotel was in the center, 15-20 min walk to Rambala in a good eria. Room facilities are great (clean and big room).   Eurostars Grand staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms were fantastic. The best thing was the walk in shower. The food was excellent and the waiters were the best in any hotel we stayed at. They seemed to sense when someone required service. We never had to wait long for anything. It was perfect, spotlessly clean, light, not noisy. They cleaned the room several times a day. Also we checked in at 10:00 am and left our bags since our mini suites were not ready. We gave our passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at 5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We were 3 couples and were exhausted. They said they needed another signature before they could put the bags in the rooms. It was ridiculous since we

Even we managed to walk to Placa de Catalunya where we catch the Aerobus to the airport. Facilities are complete and working perfectly, with adequate towels provided daily.
