Great location, the hotel was in the center, 15-20 min walk to Rambala in a good eria. Room facilities are great (clean and big room). We didn't take the breakfast and there was a nice place just out side the hotel were we could have a nice cap of coffe or a dinner. Beautiful hotel at a good area, fantastic location near main tourist attractions and shopping area, 2 jacuzzies at the terrace and very helpful staff.

The only minor blip throughout the whole stay was no bath plug, so unable to have a bath in the room throughout the stay.Rooftop spa was suddenly closed (okay, we stayed there in January). No wireless internet (but free lan in room makes it ok) Inspite of myrequest I got 2 single beds instead of a double, I hate that one personcannot sleep in 2 beds at same time without risking to fall in the gapin between.Needed to use air-con to get rooms to 20oC despite being 10oC outside. Do not buy the breakfast. You can get fantastic food just around the corner at a quarter of the price. Our bed was really hard.I think the bathroom in particular do not correspond to what you xpect for a hotel of this category (4 stars I think). The buffet breakfast was just average.
