We loved our stay at this Hotel Palace! Perfect, professional and very polite and helping staff. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and good view (standard). It was perfect, spotlessly clean, light, not noisy. They cleaned the room several times a day. There was everything you need in the room, including tooth paste and brushes, slippers and bath-gowns. Very comfortable bed. It is very traditional, aristocratic classic hotel, with classic light interior at the same time with all the modern .

Also we checked in at 10:00 am and left our bags since our mini suites were not ready. Nothing. Nothing. Breakfast was extremely overpriced. very expensive breakfast (not included). nothing. There was nothing to complain. the rain shower made water go all over the bathroom, and there were water stains around the shower and tub. House keeping were a bit over enthusiastic sometimes. food at hotel was very expensive. - Almost nothing... Deluxe price should include breakfast. Bottled water should be provided in rooms as should tea and cofee making facilities. Bathrooms should include toothbrushes and tooth paste, a razor and an iron should be provided. no wash cloths, but we didn't ask either. No swimming pool , limited choices in room service, bad Wifi coverage in the rooms. The price is quite high, there is even no free bottled water provided. check in for one of our 2 rooms was delayed till 6.00 pm. Expensive.
