The communication from the charming owner was excellent! We had no phone or internet here for four days leading up to our trip, so everything had to be passed via our daughter. This presented no problem. We remained in communication by text right up to the time we arrived in Piazzale Roma ready for the ten minute walk to the flat, and she was exactly where she said she would be. Everything was wonderful! Hossep, the manager, was the most helpful person ever, the appartment was perfect, spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. The location is fantastic, next to the most beautiful church in Venice and looking out onto the lagoon with views of Murano. And a hop and a skip from the vaporetto stop. Beautifully quiet but with facilities nearby and within easy walking distance of the tourist areas (if you are up for that sort of thing). Loved it, loved it!!
