  Good location in quiet small pretty square close to St Marks Sq and gondola's. Clean, bright and nicely decorated / finished. Excellent friendly staff. Our passports were pick-pocketted when boarding passenger ferry to car park on departure - nothing to do with hotel but receptionist was most helpful with advice. Beware ferrys / pick pockets! Great... what people say » hotel, lovely destination, would definitely return. - The location of this chaming hotel was excellent,almost equidistant to Rialto and St Marks Square which were within a 10 minute walk. The staff were very friendly, attentive and efficient. Buffet breakfast contained a very good choice of foods and refreshments. The rooms ,of adequate size for a "bijou style" hotel were beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. A delightful experience overall

  I always think when you see peoples remarks you still take a risk with hotels, but i have to say all the comments were spot on, fantastic hotel, absolutely lovely rooms, clean, new and stylish in every way, ok we had a bit of a job to find but that was our own doing.... only a walk to st marks so great location and the hotel back entrance is right ... what people say » on a canal if you want to arrive in style! - Excelent hotel located very central in the heart of Venice.Appox five minute walk from Marks sq and Rialto Bridge.Staff ere friendly and helpful.Hotel is over 500yrs old but recently refurbished to a very high standard.The hotel is filled with character.Compliments of the hotel we were given a bottle of sparkling wine and a jacuzzi bath in the room,nice touch as we were on honeymoon..

  Our room (205) was fantastic, it this was on the recently modernisedside of the hotel and was a superior double. The room was very spacious,and the bed was huge, and comfy. The bedroom/living area had two largewindows overlooking a small canal which was lovely. The stunningbathroom had a bath big enough for two! We will be back!! - Everything! the room was amazing! it was a superior room we booked but when we got there it was a 2 story suite and that is what their superior rooms are! gorgeous and luxurious! breakfast was great and staff were so helpful.   The hotel is positioned in a quiet side street and was a tad more expensive than we usually pay for our city breaks but we thought it was good value in relation to the other hotels in the area. But it was well furnished and we had the canal view, which was lovely. But the bed was extra- large and very comfy. The front of house were very helpful with regards to restaurant recommendations - Very central boutique hotel within 5 mins of St Marks......loved the gondolas passing the door of the hotel & some had singers/guitar players ....the singing was brilliant !!! The staff were all friendly & very helpful. The room we had was a junior suite & for 3 women sharing was a bit on the small side but we managed. I would recommend that the hotel get rid of the excercise bike & replace it with a chest of drawers or another wardrobe !!!! Breakfast was really good & plent

We were in the Pesaro Suite - which was utterly sensational! Massive room, balcony overlooking canal, enormous very comfortable bed, large bathroom with spa bath and breakfast included! Was by far our favourite hotel of our European holiday! Definitely recommend and would go back in an instant! Very easy to get to - if you arrive in Vencie via Train, catch the #1 Water Taxi, and get off about 4 stops down at D'Caro - if you fly in, the taxi will take you to the waterway, catch the #1

The people are extremely nice and helpful, recommended the best (quality/budget) restaurants we went to, strongly recommend this place that helps you immerse into a true Venice experience. They also serve a super yummy high tea on the co - We stayed one night at the Palazzo Peruta in April. The staff were extremely gracious in honouring a booking that I had made for the Junior Suite, despite me making an error in the booking for the wrong date, they managed to be able to give us the room that we wanted. The staff were extremely polite and helpful with instructions on how to get around the city, and looked after our baggage when we went for a walk about the city after we had checked out. The room was simply gorgeous - exquisitely
