Location, comfortable, customer-friendly staff and owner, closer to the Train station and other main tourist areas. Had no issue what to so ever in terms of noise.

The location at the ghetto and near all the main atractions of Venice,
but not at a place very crowdly. The saff is amazing at is a kosher
breakfast hotel near a good kosher restaurants and pizzaria and
synagogues. They have a very good air conditioned.

The owner of this hotel is a very elegant man, who was very helpful and made our stay all the more enjoyable. The room itself was not large but had a wonderful veranda that overlooked a canal. The location is a bit tricky but it seemed that everything was hard to find in Venice even with all the signs. - Helpful, friendly staff. Pleasant ambience.

1. The staff. Nice and friendly. Although not all can speak good English, but they try their best to help. Quick response to my emails. They provided directions to the centre.
2. The breakfast. Not much choices (2 rolls, jam, butter, cheese, 1 croissant, tea/coffee/hot chocolate) but it was OK and quick. The table setting is lovely though.

to greet us. He was extremely accommodating, giving us a map of Venice
and instructions on taking the bus shuttle to the airport a few days
later. Alex then showed us around the apartment, the design of which was
very nice, with space for 5 to sleep, an oven, hob and towels, as well

Extremely helpful desk clerk who spoke very good English. Loved the location once we found it (but he was helpful with directions too). Espresso machine at breakfast was great (do it yourself) - Clean good sized room. Bedding for 5 is quite rare but is great for larger families, convenient location, good transport link close by.
