A delightful surprise. Charming hotel in an excellent location with a wonderful staff. Do not try to Chinese Restaurant across the lane. Very bad and overpriced. - the location (3 min walk to Rialto and San Marco square), friendly personell, the room decoration was fantastic.

Excellent location. Very near to water bus station which was extreamly convenient to visit venice and other Islands. Good service , no language issue infact all staff speak english. The location was fantastic. An easy walk to almost everything (if you factored in getting lost because that is part of the Venice experience surely!) Was great to have a supermarket just around the corner for convenience and a boat pier so close for easy walking with our luggage. Communication was excellent from the owners from start to finish. Laura was fantastic with her meet and greet and provided us with fab information about the local highlights. Apartment was warm, clean and comfortable

The property's location was convenient yet offered a sense a peace and quiet. Mattia the host was most hospitable. He made sure that you were able to locate and access the property. He also provided a list of dining options with different budget options, which was most useful. Breakfast in the garden was very pleasant! The convenience of having a private bathroom in the single room - apparently not all rooms have it.
