Very helpful getting our bags to the room, which was no easy task as I was travelling for three weeks and required vacation and work clothes! Breakfast was excellent and exactly what we wanted - lots of choice and hot and cold options.

  The room (room 106 on first floor), was big and light with two big windows overlooking the canal, one of which opened out onto a small balcony.The bed was two beds pushed together and may be a bit firm for some people. The en-suite bathroom was a good size and had WC, bidet, large sink, jacuzzi bath (normal size) plus tiled - This hotel was absolutely stunning! We had the junior suite with a canal view and it was amazing! The room was beautifully decorated! This hotel room, experience and location was the highlight of our trip! I highly recommend it! Even though the junior suite is a bit more money than the regular rooms, if you are wanting to treat yourself while in Italy for a couple days, I would definitely spend the extra money on this room!!   Liked everything about this hotel. Calm location away from the tourist hassle and just 5­-7 min walk from piazza San Marco. May be a bit far from the train station but for us it was not a problem, walking through Venice is a pleasure of its own. Besides you can always take a vaporetto which stops nearby. A good/basic breakfast is served into the bedroom. 2) thebedrooms: There are beautiful, big and confortable bedrooms withprivative wc's, including the “standard” one. The bathroom, with wcand shower, is big and clean!
