  excellent location on main street close to everything, nice superior room, clean and spacious for italian standard, parking availabele, friendly and helpfull staff - The hotel was very beautiful, especially the exterior and the interior had lovely old fixtures and photographs. The staff were very helpful.

  This hotel is a gem. Set in a quiet part of the Lido (San Nicolo), it's on the shore facing Venice and S Andrea, with the free beaches a short walk away. On fair mornings breakfast is served in their lovely outdoor restaurant. The staff were great. A perfect place to relax and a great price.
