  very friendly staff; very modern and comfortable; clean; the entering into the hotel without reception by using mail or message instructions was a bit curious at the beginning but turned out very easy and useful afterwards - that just should be pointed out at the hotel description to be prepaired... - Alles!!! It was such an enjoyable experience! - Lovely room in private residence with beautiful breakfast room. Rooms overlook both the waterfront, 300 meters from the embarkation of our cruise boat, and a quiet piazza with a statue of Maximillian. Apartment was Viennese in character, with large rooms and beautifully inlaid floors. The staff was warm and helpful. We definitely recommend this accommodation.

He was very personable, wonderful with information and more then accommodating with many suggestions on where to eat, what to see and even helped us with travel details for our departure. The apartment was very large and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very quiet. The kitchen is set - Raffaella greeted us on arrival and was very friendly. She had also made contact before by text to find out when we were arriving. The room and the apartment are spacious, light, airy and clean. It was easy to find, just off the main square, which is about 15 mins walk from the bus station. The stairs are not a problem for us but other reviews complain of lack of lift so be aware of this if you are elderly, infirm or lazy.   Franco and Daniela are great host. They were so kind to give me advice on restaurants and places to visit. There is a lot to see about history and nature around Trieste. - most of all I liked atmosphere of the hotel. The location also was very good. It was in the center of the city, also stuff was good. So I liked the hotel very much.
