  The location was perfect - metres from the main street. Really good breakfast - just ask for eggs, bacon, cheese etc. Roof terrace was great, lots of sun loungers and not too crowded. Pool is not huge but fine to cool off in.and has lovely views. They can organise a cheap trip to a nearby private beach which was definitely worth doing. We got the ... what people say » bus from the airport which solved the parking problem, and was easy to use. Bus station is about 15 mins downhill on the way home though we did get a - The staff where very friendly and always happy to help. We had a very pleasant week. Rooms are small but big enough not to be too cramped if staying longer the a few days. Was excepting a little noise from other reviews but did not experience any inconvenience late at night.

  fabulous hotel. Excellent and very helpful staff. Rooms were amazing with gorgeous sea view. Wellness area with sauna, steam room, emotional showers and the pool area were fantastic.   If there were scores greater than 10, this hotel deserves it. From the hospitality and comfort of checking in (sitting on the balcony drinking a complementary wine) to the fantastic breakfast...and all the special touches in between (shuttle service, internet)...the best hotel I have ever stayed at...The hotel staff was by far the best ever exper... what people say » ienced... a level above. The room was superb. - I had high expectations for this hotel, but we were still blown away by the conscientiousness of the staff, attention to detail in the rooms, and overall sense of precision. This is a lovely and very special place, and the breakfast doesn't disappoint! Even as a vegan, I found myself with more delicious options than can be properly sampled in a single meal. And a great view of Etna, too!
