  We found all the services good but particularly the restaurant staff and especially a waiter named 'Stefano' whose standard of service was outstanding and flawless. However, we found all the staff very helpful and friendly. - The room was quite big and very nicely decorated with a magnificent viewon the Arno river.   This was our second visit. It is romantic--dinner sitting on the Arno is a very special experience. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are terrific and the grounds are very romantic. They also make it easy to get into center of Florence for sightseeing. - The stay at villa la massa was simply amazing!
