  We found all the services good but particularly the restaurant staff and especially a waiter named 'Stefano' whose standard of service was outstanding and flawless.   This was our second visit. It is romantic--dinner sitting on the Arno is a very special experience. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are terrific and the grounds are very romantic. They also make it easy to get into center of Florence for sightseeing. - The stay at villa la massa was simply amazing!
