    One of the finest luxury hotels in Rome. Architecture at the highest level: a mixture between Renassaince and modernity. Very nice and height rooms with a spectacular ceiling. The best part of the hotel was the staff. I've never seen such a friendly staff. First off, the location was perfect. From the Piazza del Gesu you can walk everywhere on your tourist map. The only time we cabbed was to go back and forth to the Vatican. The service was excellent. We had some difficulty with the guy at the desk and no English, but it just added to the charm of knowing you were in Italy. The breakfast was enormous and catered to gluten free (as does everyone in Rome)

    the staff at this hotel were great. We were greeted and welcomed from the moment that we touched the front door. The front desk staff were great at making suggestions, helping with bookings etc. I stayed at another "big chain" hotel in Rome earlier in the trip, and the the service between the 2 was like night and day. All of the main sites were within walking distance, only the Vatican was a bit far, but we used the tour bus on our visit. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The room clean and great shower, the breakfast perfect, plenty to eat and lots of choice. Local restaurant and bar fantastic value.

There is a lovely garden around the hotel. It was easy for us and our 8 year old son to walk to all major attractions. The area is quiet at night and there are excellent nearby restaurants. Breakfast was excellent, consisting of cold meats, cheese, eggs, fresh fruit, cereals and numerous tarts and pastries.
