  This was my 4th visit to Rome. Owner was amazing. He was waiting for us at the reception when we arrived and we noticed that he did this for every single guest, no matter what time they arrived day or night. We stayed in the Blue room between my parents (sharing the Queen bed) and myself on the twin. The bathroom shower was very nice and although ... what people say » our room faced the main street Via Gigliotti, it completely sealed off the traffic and pedestrian noise. There is a kitchen with breakfast/snacks read - The facilities were clean and the room was large and colorful. It was just the shower that was small but that was all we needed. Location is across the street from the main train station so we didn't have to carry our luggage too far. Staff were friendly but we only dealt with them when we checked in since they do not stay on site. They do provide you with a phone number in case you need anything. Just make sure that you let them know in advance when you will be arriving so they are there to me

  We loved the location, we just stepped out of the door and we were near the heart of Rome. The owner, Andrea really looked after us, he provided snacks and water/coffee all the time we stayed, it was a very homely, friendly place with a communal area and balcony to relax. We would not hesitate to go back. - Fantastic location. We only had 2 days in the city and were able to easlily walk to all the sites. Breakfast was filling and delicous. There is an open kitchen with 24 hour access to complimentary coffee, tea, water, juice and little snacks that made our stay extremely pleasant and relaxed. The rooms are beautiful and modern renovations of an old historic building.

Location is great - in the heart of Roma, walking distance to all important sights of the City. The service is excellent, we fel - The staff were amazing and could not do enough to make you feel welcome. It was a small, boutique hotel that offered little extras to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable; for example they arranged a massage in the hotel, flowers in our room and catered for our gluten free diets. Eating breakfast on the terrace at any time that suited us, overlooking the city was a great start to every day and then in the evening we could relax in the roof top spa pool. Would definitely stay again.

  Really warm welcome from the staff. We were given a city map when we arrived and the main sights and how long it takes to get there were pointed out. We were 20-25 minute walk from the furthest sight which was really convenient. Really, really close to a lovely little square with bars and restaurants. (Croissants, muffins, jams/butter/nutella, yoghurts, juice, milk, cereal) and the maid will m - Very cosy and comfortable appartments not far from Trastevere and all sights. There were all necessary staff fresh towels, breakfast (either hot dishes), laundry service, air conditioner, free wi-fi. Owners were very nice and hospitable, were ready to help and to share the useful information. Thank you, Ladies! Moreover, near the appartments there was market with fresh vegs and fruits.
