  The staff are by far the biggest asset in this hotel. We were greeted by Raphaella who could not have been more helpful throughout our stay. On one night we had an issue getting our mobile to work which given we had left our two small children with their grand parents was an issue.   Excellently placed. Just round the corner from the Central bus and metro stations. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and are more than willing to help with arranging trips, taxis etc. Should have remembered to have a mid day siesta, walking around a city is exhausting.
