  Perfect location - quiet (especially for Rome), however very easy to get to and to reach any tourist attraction by Metro in minutes, nice neighborhood with shopping facilities, restaurants in a 5 minutes walk etc.. The owner and staff were so friendly and helpful with our travels! The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable, clean accommodations. Great breakfast. The location was convenient to the sites! So happy we stayed here...highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!! - We loved everything. Specially the staff! They were extremely kind and sweet. They made us feel like at home. María prepared every morning our breakfast and she did it excellent, also her company was great. We do miss her now. The location is also very good, with a metro station very close and perfect for sightseeing.

  Our "room" was in fact a bedroom, a toilet and a big bathroom and as the other room was unoccupied we had the rest of the appartment (a nice kitchen)to ourselves -- luxury. Very nice self-service breakfast! The rooms where nice an cool, so no need for airconditioning even though it was very warm outside.   We stayed for 4 nights in this B&B in their best room. It was very nice and clean, with an orthopedic bed (the mattress with a foam was not worse than my at home). Hotel manager had told he was going to replace windows with PVC double glass packs next week to make sleep even more comfortable. The Underground station (Ottaviano) is in 5 minutes of walkin - Suite exactly as described and was very spacious and romantic. The sound proofing was excellent, both from the busy traffic, and the noise from other rooms. Stayed in three hotels during our Rome trip and this was the most luxury hotel room with such a wonderfully comfortable bed! Breakfast was delivered to the room each morning, and there was also a little kitchen which provided tea and coffee making facilities should you fancy a hot drink any time of the day or night.
