  - the building is in the middle of vineyards - the son of owners (David) produces wine - is good for acceptable price (we really love wine) - the room was apartment - the kitchen is almost fully equipped (no microwave oven) - its not far from highway and maybe 15min to the lake (Garda) - the staff is very nice - the have very good smoked meat prod... what people say » ucts (prosciutto, lardo...) and cheese - It was nice to be surrounded by olive trees and vines. We enjoyed the cold cut tray -for 2- and the nice bottle of Chiaretto rosé offered with kindness even if we arrived a late Sunday afternoon. Our room name was Cabernet and that was more than a room more like a comfortable nest with view.

  The staff there was attentive and extremely helpful. They carried our bags up the stairs (yes, stairs, no elevator), but what do you expect for a smaller and quiet little nest out in the heart of Venice. Wifi is free and its fast!!! There's a few floors but with only a few rooms, meaning its not loud; you can sleep in peace, and quiet. Go explore:) - The apartment is huge and the owner was so friendly and helpful. The apartment is marketed for 4 people but could easily sleep 6. Also it was only a few minutes walk from the bus terminal. Not the most stylish of places but it was clean and spacious.

  The hotel is very nice and close tot he beach(2 min.).Giovanni (the owner s son) and the staff were very helpfull and gave us a lot of usefull information.When we arrived he made us two Apperol (an Italian drink) as a welcoming gift. He also gave us a map with all the important places to go and to see in Lido. The room was cleaned every day and the bathroom to - Giovanni (the owner's son) could not have been more helpful or made our stay at Hotel Rosa any more enjoyable. He provided us with so many good tips for places to eat and where to visit and was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Jesolo and the whole area around Venice including the islands.   It was very relaxing to be in an old mountain view apartment. Use an old kitchen stow to warm up the evening.
