Location is perfect for people with cars, because there's free parking in the front of the hotel + on the back side there is enough room for cars. The rooms are small, but new furnitured, bathroom is very good. It's cheap. The breakfast is ok, the staff is very helpful and frendly. Note: if you go there by car, for the old town use the free parking near Porta Palio. It's very close to the center and there's no risk to receive a ZTL fine ticket for driving in the old town.

A very friendly and family like hotel. Although external bathrooms, you are provided with a shower robes which is nice. The room is clean and the private external bathroom is good maintained and renovated. The breakfast and food in general are good in the restaurant. -
