The hotel is extremely clean, well positioned and convenient. The desk staff are welcoming, while the room we used was incredibly clean and well maintained. Above all, it is competitive in price almost beyond belief - cheaper than many a B+B with pretentions in the UK. It is perfectly located.

The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful, spoke English & couldn't do enough to help. We missed breakfast on the morning of our check-out, but were offered coffee & pastries prior to leaving the hotel. Grosseto is slightly off the beaten path, if you are on a tight schedule, but is well worth visiting.
