We had an amazing stay here!! This was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had! The hotel is set in a spectacularly renovated older building, fantastic mix of of keeping the charm of the older building but making it feel new and modern.
Elena and her family were incredibly hopitable and provided appetizers and a wine tasting each night we were there which was amazing. The breakfast was truly a gourmet one with lots of choice and delicious dishes. We absolutely plan on coming back f

Margherita and Roberto are very nice and kind persons. You feel at home when you open the door of the apartment. They are both engaging giving you very usefull information about Lucca and overall about places where eating and buying typical local and not turistic stuff. And they are really willing in acceting kind suggestions to improve their ofer to stay.

It's located in the 'old town' which is a small old walled
city, within the larger city. The pace is slow, relaxed and there's
a village feel within the walls. I don't think there are a lot of
english speaking tourists, and yet we had no trouble communicating with
only basic italian. Fuvia, the owner, is lovely and speaks perfect
english, although she is happy to give italian lessons! A lovely
stopover on the way from Tuscany to Rome.

It s best hotel choice we made in our trip to Italy. The location is not far from the city center. The room is very new, cozy and beautiful, every last detail is perfect. the breakfast buffet, in my opion, has a very high standard sellection of local products. On top of all these, the couple who owned the place are extreamly friendly and helpful, giving us a little instruction of florence on arrival and helping us on our dinner resevations. We stayed for 7 nights and loved every moment of our stay. Hosts
Viviana and Paulo made us welcome from the moment we walked through
the gate. Their place is welcoming and relaxed and nothing is too much
trouble. Viviana even showed us how to catch the bus and where to
visit in Florence. Her daily treats and well stocked complimentary
fridge were well received. We ate at the local restaurant six nights -
another of Viviana's suggestions - fantastic. The quality of this
place was great.
