Lovely location. You must contact them before arriving as they must meet you off the main road. Then a small drive to a safe parking point where you then go the house in a 4x4 up a steep rutted track. Make sure you have a phone to ring her as we missed the meeting point!

The wonderful staff, all had a natural and genuine approach to excellent customer service. We were there for the Pucinni Opera Festival and the B&B is a short walk to the auditorium. From the local train station and bus service we had access to Pisa Lucca and Florence. -

The location was fantastic, easy walking distance from the train station and to all major tourist spots. Lots of dining options very close by. And both the central market and the leather market less than 2 minutes away! I asked the desk to change my air conditioning setting so I could make the room nice and comfortable when I returned from my excursions. I would definitely stay here again.
