A fantastic renovation of beautiful historic buildings by the owners,the finishes are a compliment to their obvious eye for design by blending new with old. Bed very comfortable and linen pristine. Our room offered stunning views of the surrounding countryside with Sienna in the distance.
The welcome offered to us on arrival was fantastic without being over the top and we were relaxing in our room no more than 5 minutes after parking the car. The pool sits on a terrace below the main buildings

There is a superb swimming pool with glorious views over Tuscany. It all feels quiet as there are so few rooms.
The staff are all charming and very unstuffy for such a high end hotel.

Wow what an amazing place. It is very remote in the Tuscan mountains but just what we needed after a few days in busy Rome. The nearest shop is a 20 min drive away. But we loved it as it was so peaceful and relaxing. The owners are so friendly and make you feel at home. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable only downside was no oven but we managed. Absolutely loved this place. Big room with a fantastic bed. Nice bathroom and it was all very clean. Hotel is nice and isolated, but there is a great restaurant just a short walk away. Didn't use the pool or hot tub due to the weather, but they both looked decent. If you are out here at the right time of year, and walking back from the restaurant at night, keep your eyes peeled for fireflies. Amazing

The weekend spent at Hotel Villa Cora was a great experience. The beauty of the building, the attention to details and privacy you get are good reasons to go back. The services, professionalism and kindness of the staff was something we also enjoyed.
The hotel is close enough to the center (if you are not used to always be in the car) and they also offer a shuttle which we took on the way back in the evening.

Overall, very upscale hotel under new ownership (one year). Comfortable rooms, excellent staff, and new upscale restaurant. Chef Guido is outstanding; meals were gourmet. Hotel is very well located for exploring Tuscany, Florence and Sienna. Highly recommend once you find the place.
