It was a typical Italian city centre budget hotel staff were all family and treated us very well. Location is ideal for sight seeing and facilities in Florence. Not a luxury hotel, but hard to find any fault with place or service or price.

First of all, the location couldn't be better. It is located about 2 blocks south of the Duomo, and 2 blocks north of Ponte Vecchio bridge and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted. There are city buses, and unbelieveably one of them comes right down the narrow street with a stop right in front of the B&B, so coming from the train statio

Bruno showed us the most wonderful hospitality, we had a fantastic stay with him in Florence! He helped us book a lovely restaurant and was endlessly helpful with where to go and what to see in his home town.
The B&B is his home and is run with warmth & love. The rooms are clean, comfortable & simple. There are tea and coffee facilities available at all times and a little mini bar for your use. Location is wonderful, right in the heart, near the Duomo but not at all noisy. Recommen

The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, especially the chalets, which are totally isolated. The chalets have a kitchenette and living space, which is much more comfortable than a typical hotel room.
The staff is also very friendly and helpful, including little Luigi the dog, who is happy to greet visitors.
We will definitely recommend Relais to friends!

We loved our small cozy house, it had everything to cook n well distributed. The pool was very neat and big enough. The way each house has its parking besides the house it is very good. The view from the pool was good but have seen some better in Tuscany. Thanks to Susanne who speaked really good English and the owner was very kind to show us around. I recommend to take a shopping trip to Prada space outlet much better than the mall.

Daniella is very friendly and will help you however she can. She doesn't speak much english, but we managed with spanish and italian. If you are travelling in car it is perfect since parking is free and pisa is only a 10 min drive away. The room is nice, although the shower is a bit small and we really liked the breakfast. -

The warm and friendly welcomming together with the fine atmosphere make this villa a really nice and relaxed landmark within a beautiful but buisy town. Cavalierino is a fantastic family run farm and vineyard. Our family of five spent four days there and enjoyed every minute. Sanjay and Lorena provide spacious apartments with full kitchens and they maintain beautiful grounds.
