The location was definitelt a pro. It is a hard to find a place in San Gimignano to stay. The room was exactly as shown in the pics, soacious and with high ceilings. There is a shared kitchen that can be used and the owner has an agreement with the bar next by for breakfast discount of almost 50%. -

The hotel is really cozy and comfortsble, with a lot of character. Located in the amazing city of Bagno Vignoni, it does provide a wonderful experience for the guest. Ask for the La Romantica room! The breakfast is served in a nearby restaurant, and it's a great moment in itself.

The hotel lays right on the beach and has a nice terrace to the seaside. The room we received was quite small, but very clean with a good bed. Good shower and nice bathroom. Great place for a one-night stop on the way to Tuscany. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. -

The room I stayed in was large and had a nice sized bath attached. The
breakfast was awesome.... Cooked every morning by the owner! There was a
small refrigerator for guests to use as well as a stocked one if you
needed something cold to drink - purchases were on the honor system.
Also I felt quite safe there as it took 3 different keys to enter - one
for the outside door, the inside door to the hotel and then one to enter
the room. Location was great - my room had a window looking over the
