- Take the Rome-Civitavecchia motorwat.
- At the end of the motorway, join the Aurelia A1 motorway.
- Exit at Chiarone, in the direction of Capalbio.
- At the second junction, follow directions towards Manciano (6 km).
- Finally, follow directions to Fattoria le Guardiole.

From Grosseto:
- Take the Aurelia A1 motorway.
- Exit at Albinia in the direction of Manciano.
- Follow signs for Sgrillozzo (4-5 km after Castello di Marsiliana).
- From Sgrillozzo, turn right in the direction of Vallerana.
- From Vallerana, follow directions for Capalbio.
