  We were a family of 4, 2 children and 2 adults. All of us loved staying here. The pool area is beautiful and very relaxing. The accommodation was spotless and very spacious. The location is perfect for exploring Tuscan hill towns and Pienza. The breakfast served every morning ( and we stayed for 5 days ) was amazing. The girls played outside, when we were home - very spacious - Incredibly picturesque setting, the view looks as though the buildings and trees in the distance were placed in the position they are for your sole benefit. Francesco and his family make you feel fabulously at home, cooking you delicious cakes for breakfast leaving wine and oil made on the farm in your fridge and giving you tours off their olive oil factory.   This is a wonderful accommodation. The views are stunning, and the rooms are really really excellent. There are many small details which leave a lasting memory: bedding and towels beautifully monogrammed with the villa's logo, dressing gowns carefully placed in antique wardrobes, fruit and linen napkins left for a snack, personally wrapped slipper... what people say » s, and....the most exquisite breakfast imaginable. Local preserved meats, excellent cheeses, yoghurts on ice, fresh bread, fine sweet pastries...undou - Absolutely loved this place. Big room with a fantastic bed. Nice bathroom and it was all very clean. Hotel is nice and isolated, but there is a great restaurant just a short walk away. Didn't use the pool or hot tub due to the weather, but they both looked decent. If you are out here at the right time of year, and walking back from the restaurant at night, keep your eyes peeled for fireflies. Amazing

So overall we had some heartwarmi - We stayed at four different hotels in Italy and Agriturismo Il Termine was by far the best hotel. Very nice staff, you feel as you are part of the family. The hotel also had fantastic food!!! The best food on Elba including the breakfast. It is a small and cosy hotel so if you want to relax and enjoy nature this is the place to visit. We only regret that we could not stay longer!

The Villa is in Pistoia which is 30 minutes from Firenze. The Villa is allocated on a mountain and it's outstanding and peaceful. The Villa was opened just a few months ago and it was designed and decorated in good taste, stylish and high quality. - This is the most beautifull villa I've ever been to & seen. This is a perfect place if you stay in Tuscany few days - close to Firenze and Lucca/Piza as weel. The rooms are beautiful (more beautiful then pictures on booking presenting the villa). My room was the smallest one (le coccinelle - abt 20 sq m) but it was comfortable enought, really stylish, beautiful, new and very clean (as the whole villa).   Absolutely beautiful property and scenery. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful - even picked us up and dropped us off from the bus stop when our car rental fell through. We also received a surprise upgrade to a fully equipped 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment when we only asked for one room with a double bed and a view. The apartment was amazing... what people say » and more than we ever could have asked for with incredible views from every window. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of delicious options and it was - The service was impeccable. Andrea & Simone were excellent hosts to my husband & I, answering any questions we had and making sure we had a great experience. The villa was very clean, quiet and after visiting other parts of Italy, my husband and I both agree it was our favorite place to stay.
