  Excellent!!! The host was young, nice and friendly, he really did care about us and our staying there. The rooms very clean and jolly, nice decorated and our apartment included a nice kitchen where we chose to have breakfast self cooked to enjoy it together. A little bit far from the city but cosy and relaxing. It was such a pitty we couldn;t spen... what people say » d more than a day there.a nice barbecue and a little olive orchard can be seen from your balcony. - The loaction may seem a little way-out but its a short walk to a good beach. The owner was really nice and helped us print our airline ticket in his house. There is a nice area for BBQ out the back, and a little retreat with hammocks. We would recommend this for a group of people to stay as the on-site bar/restaurant is a good place to chill. very comfortable altogether!

  The staff were extremely friendly. They were helpful in giving usinformation and directions for visiting Mr Etna and also suggested wevisit a local festival. The dinner we received was great value for moneyand delicious. We had a fantastic view of Mt Etna and could see lavaflow at night. It was easy to find and had parking.   The place is new and modern but feels like a family place, they are very welcoming. We had the room called "Simply", a small well layed out modern room on the 1st floor with balcony from where a beautiful view of the Juno temple and the sea and like elsewhere the shower had 60x60 cm dimensions. We enjoyed tasteful dishes on the terrace that were prepared the cook/owner? who is also a teacher at the hotel school in town - Gated B & B, making one feel quite safe, considering that the B & B is not situated in the city. Absolutely need gps to find location, as a little difficult to find otherwise. Wonderful view,very clean, connecting room available, very hospitable, wonderful breakfast, felt like being at home. Will certainly come back.

  The hotel is on the main road and easy to find. Walking distance from Alcantara gorge. Very relaxing place. We had the pool almost exclusively to ourself. We even haf a small bar b q by the pool! The owner got to know that we were celebrating a family occasion and we found a nice small cake for breafast! Thanks to the staff. Owner is very fluent in english and very helpful. - Very good location if you like to discover east Sicily, very peacefull accomodation just relax in the garden around the mountains and orange trees (you will need quiet and relaxing enviroment after all-day drive in Sicily).The kitchen is very good they just use organic(bio) food mainly from their gardens or from the village. The Alcantara just 3 minutes.
