  The most generous staff, they even let us use their bicycles so we could ride around, close to beautiful vistas and scenery, close to beach and local shops, very comforting, super clean, free WiFi, great breakfast! Highly recommended! - The staff particularly Ms. Oriana deserves praise. Her breakfasts were excellent.

  As an American, breakfast is important to me, and the breakfast here isfantastic! The room was great, the staff was nice, and the hotel wasclose to everything.   Neas is really in the heart of romantic Noto. It is really close to the Corso Vittorio Emanuele. If you wish, small parking space is available right at the door, however I don't know whether it's free or not. Even though this is only B&B and we did not expect 24h service, there's always everybody awaiting your arrival. Rooms where quite spacio... what people say » us, but they could use a little bit of refreshment. Bathrooms are quite small and if you're over 6ft you may encounter ceiling being very close. - The hotel was centrally located with parking nearby. It was quiet and comfortable and also a stylish, classical building.The staff were friendly and efficient. It was nice to see young people managing it.
