  The staff were extremely helpful and sympathetic. We had a small problem with a key, and they were eager to sort it out very quickly. The rooms are airy and comfortable (we stayed in 2 different ones on separate nights), and we were given a quiet one at the back when we asked for one. It has a private parking shared with the rest of the gated community which seemed to be safe. The guesthouse has a lift as well and it was very good considering the cheap price we payed. Wifi was also available, italian breakfast in room and with a balcony for the street view. Very worth it if you're not looking for luxury but the basics you need

Our room was lovely, clean, comfortable and spacious with a walk in wardrobe, big bathroom with a spa bath, and the best part was the view from our window straight out onto Mt Etna. Maria and Salvo were so nice and accommodating, Maria told us all our options about going up to Mt Etna, she called to check ... what people say » on the weather and mountain conditions in the morning, and also gave us a discount for the cable car. She gave us a map of the area and recommended re - We enjoyed staying in La Casa del Poeta dell'Etna very much. Maria, the owner is very kind and helpful. She gave us great ideas and tips on what to see. Breakfast is also very good. The room is nice and clean. Actually it was two connecting small rooms, with a double bed in each, so staying with children was quite confortable. The location is great. 30 minutes drive to Etna and to Catania.

  It's a family run B&B. Excellent location right in the center of Enna. Bus stops are just round the corner, less than two minutes from the hotel. You don't have to carry your luggage up the stairs. They have a high-tech elevator. Rooms are spacious and stylish. Bathrooms are spotless and modern. The amaizing breakfast room made all in stone is... what people say » fitted in a cellar. On our arrival the hotel manager welcomed us with home made cookies, coffee and fresh orange juice (arancia rossa di Sicilia! Del - Laura and here brother are running this B & B and they really care for there guests - what more can you ask for. We booked a room, got it and asked for the roof terrace which was under renovation but they offered us immediately another room which had a beautiful balcony and we where able to sit outside and enjoy Enna from the 4th floor. Actually, even you need to go up some 60ish stairs there is a lift for the luggage - brilliant. We absolutely recommend this place - easy to find, helpful w

  Morning breakfast is typically Italian with lovely home-made jam, brioche, nutella and coffee. The place is secure with private parking facilities behind a locked gate. Seaside view from the villa is likewise pleasant as well as the hospitality shown by the owners. Had no problem using wi-fi either.

  Very friendly staff, couldn't do enough for us. Great location pretty much right on the seafront. Great facilities and nice rooms. We only stayed here as a last minute booking because our ferry to Malta got delayed but it turned out to be the best hotel we stated at during our whole journey to Malta. The townspeople are some of the nicest people in Italy. - The hotel Is owned by Enrico, who took care himself about everything during our stay. The room was very clean, bed very comfortable and hot cookies that were made just a few minutes before breakfast were just amazing with cappuccino. We were helped with taxi from airport and excellent transfer service to the Ferry in the morning. Will surely recommend this place to all travelers. Nick.
