  Location !!!! At the arrival not so sure about this place. Once we met the owner (Manuela) it became "the peaceful oasis". Food/advice/information = ONLY the best from Manuela! AND "NO MOSQUITOS" !!! Free WiFi - Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast with some delicious homemade food. Would recommend to others and also return again here.   Highly recommended. Newly renovated and decorated with care to a high standard in a very pleasant style (as on the pictures). Very, very clean. Common area (living room and kitchen) are large and inviting. It’s on the 3rd floor , there is a lift/elevator. Location is perfect - walking distance to all attractions, view to a pedestrian area with... what people say » cafes, in the nicely renovated part of the city and close to local transport (5 min from stops for coaches from Palermo and Trapani airports, bus to - We used the shuttle service to get from the airport to the Residenza which suited us well. The place was very clean and modern. The bathroom for the room is not actually connected to the room but across the hall. This isn't a big deal as there are only about 4 rooms in the hall. The minibar is cheap and well stocked. There is a supermarket just around the corner as well as some nice restaurants and an information centre. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful with good English. They gave

  Very friendly staff, couldn't do enough for us. Great location pretty much right on the seafront. Great facilities and nice rooms. We only stayed here as a last minute booking because our ferry to Malta got delayed but it turned out to be the best hotel we stated at during our whole journey to Malta. Pozzallo is a lovely little town which is well ... what people say » worth a visit. The townspeople are some of the nicest people in Italy. - The hotel Is owned by Enrico, who took care himself about everything during our stay. The room was very clean, bed very comfortable and hot cookies that were made just a few minutes before breakfast were just amazing with cappuccino. We were helped with taxi from airport and excellent transfer service to the Ferry in the morning. Will surely recommend this place to all travelers. Nick.

  Neas is really in the heart of romantic Noto. It is really close to the Corso Vittorio Emanuele. If you wish, small parking space is available right at the door, however I don't know whether it's free or not. Even though this is only B&B and we did not expect 24h service, there's always everybody awaiting your arrival. Bathrooms are quite small and if you're over 6ft you may encounter ceiling being very close. - The hotel was centrally located with parking nearby. It was quiet and comfortable and also a stylish, classical building.The staff were friendly and efficient. It was nice to see young people managing it.

  At first-extremely friendly, hospital and helpful staff and both of them spoke excellent English. Great location-in the very centre of Catania, not far from Duomo and very close to via Etnea-street of shopping. Hotel located in very nice historic building. Everywhere was very clean incl bathroom and toilet. Reception works not 24h, but you get acc... what people say » es with your own keys and it makes you independent. I would recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to visit Catania and feel real hospitality of - The location is great. The rooms are value for money but are basic in terms of comfort. They are cleaned every day, the towels are changed daily as well. The kettle and tea, coffee, sugar are available for common use in the corridor. The chambermaid found and returned to us the clothes left behind in a hurry. Many thanks to her!!!!!! There is some noise from the nearby cafes but we didn't mind it))

I am a regular visitor to Italy and this was the best hotel I have experienced. - This was truly the Duke's Palace! Three levels of luxury starting with a large bathroom with a spa shower, then up to a large bedroom with a king size bed, then up to a living room with sofa and chair and an outside patio. Huge breakfast on the patio, courteous and friendly staff- Daniele comes out to meet you and parks your car in his very tight garage; great location for shopping and sightseeing.

  The perfect location in the centre of Palermo. Although located on one of the main shopping roads, the balcony has both double doors and shutters which keep out the noise. Less than a ten minute walk from central station and 5 minutes to the daily outdoor markets. Bus stop located outside the main door.
