  First of all the excellent service. The owner Giuseppe is very friendly and helpful and although it is a little hotel, there is always someone at the reception where you can leave your keys, even at night. The breakfast is also nice.When we had to leave too early for a day trip, the owner gave us some croissants so that we could eat them in the tr... what people say » ain. We also appreciated a lot the minibar which was refilled every day with drinks, fruit and yoghurt. There is also a coffee machine and biscuits in - When we arrived to the hotel were wondering why it has so many positive evaluations - on the first sight nothing special - the hotel is just one floor in a standard building (not really nice), the room and the bathroom were standard... But! We were nicely invited by a smiling, friendly Italian man (even though it was 00:05), the breakfast was served very nicely with unlimited glasses of juice (3 different types) by another smiling friendly Italian man who has also drawn a complete picture of th

  Very nice and tasty breakfast with wonderful view to the sea. Owners are very helpful an familiar, always time for a good advise. They hold our room perfectly clean with fresh towels every day. Even they organised the masseur Lily who did perfectly body massage after hard climbing.   This is really one of the best stays in Sicily. Perfect. The staff is very helpful and warm-welcoming. - The parking facility is nice although it is quite impossible to locate the hotel as it is not central to Modica but is located on the outer border of Modica.

  This hotel was excellent. In particular the staff were superb. The hotel was very clean and well presented. It is in a great city centre location but is also very quiet. It is close to the airport bus stop and the ferry terminal. Do not hesitate to book. - We stayed there only one night.   Staff was so very helpful, even gave us a ride back to the airport for our early flight. Beach is just across the street. - Location is very good. Staff is really nice. And the view from the balcony of our room was amazing! You must ask for the room with the view. Otherwise you could get view on the neighbors wall :-) Charming place.
